This press was cast in 1890,
It was acquired in Duluth Minnesota
It was owned by the Scott Free Press.
I believe they had owned it since the 1950's
After I got it I did a compete overhaul,
disassemling the press, soda blasting all parts
to clean a century of old dried ink and bad paint jobs.
Repainted her, highlighting the oil ports and detailed all the frame cast type in gold.
